At VMV HYPOALLERGENICS®, we are dedicated to providing you with service that is efficient, knowledgeable, and at times even wow-inducing. We’re not perfect and may have the occasional hiccup, but we’re responsive and dogged about trying to find a solution.

We invite you to contact us using the form below. This way, your skinquiry is routed directly to the appropriate department and we can better track our correspondence history. While we'll always try to respond as quickly as possible, on average, you can expect our response within 24-48 hours during the regular business week.
IMPORTANT NOTE RE EMAIL: While Gmail and several email users have no problems with our Ask VMV system, some other email systems such as Yahoo! Mail receive our first notification — confirming the receipt of your ticket — but tend to not receive our following replies to your inquiry.
Until we complete our investigation with Yahoo, we recommend the following:
- Use an alternate email when submitting your Ask VMV ticket (ideally gmail), or
- Please do not wait for an email alert from Yahoo or your other email service letting you know of updates to your ticket. You can check updates to your ticket directly — normally within 24-72 normal business hours after any submission — at
