This supple, creamy "bath milk" is light, ultra-softening conditioning for both hair and body skin.

• For hair: lightweight formula coats and softens each hair strand while leaving no shine-dulling residue. Leaves hair bouncy, fizz-free, impressively pliant and oh-so-soft. Helps promote the appearance of increased body and volume. Gives normally flat, dull, shapeless and lifeless hair renewed bounce, shape and vibrancy.

• For skin: works as a rinse-off milky moisturizer. Will not clog pores or irritate skin — helps in the management of acne and rashes on face, neck, chest, shoulders, arms and back. Softens and soothes dry body skin. .

To Use on hair + body (adults): After shampooing, work through hair as needed. Rinse after 3-5 minutes. Massage onto body skin. Rinse. Not for use on genitals.

• To Use as a hair detangler for children aged 2 and older: After shampooing, work a tiny amount through hair. Rinse after a few minutes. As with all things baby, consult your pediatrician.

Doctors say it better be. One physician, Dr. Verallo-Rowell, a dermatologist-dermatopathologist who believes in a systemic approach to skin health — not just topical treatments and procedures but also nutrition, exercise, and stress management — points out that research into the ways stress affects the body shows more (and more systemic) repercussions from stress than we previously were aware of. Think beyond esthetics and remember that the skin is the largest organ of the body, that it provides crucial functions for temperature control, infection prevention, protection from harmful external factors, and is one of the earliest, most visible indicators of one's internal health, and you'll realize it is never too early to start skin care.
