If a product that you selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, we will ship your other items immediately and send you an email informing you of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items will be shipped out as soon as they become available at no additional shipping charge.

Authorize.net is VMV’s payment processor to ensure your protection while shopping online. The website has the Authorize.net Merchant seal. Note that your online purchase will appear on your credit card statement under the name VMV HYPOALLERGENICS and that should you have any problems with your order, you can contact VMV for a prompt resolution at through Customer Service. Your orders will be accepted, fulfilled in and shipped from fulfillment centers in the USA as well as in the Philippines. All information you provide will be processed and securely maintained in our web server located in the United States, and internal systems located within our Asian Office in the Philippines.

If you're paying with a Visa or Mastercard and are encountering problems, Visa or Mastercard may be preventing you from completing your transaction with us until you confirm your identification as well as the Verified By Visa code (Visa) or SecureCode (Mastercard) that you set with your credit card company.

According to Mastercard, SecureCode "is a simple and secure way to pay at thousands of online stores" including VMVHypoallergenics.com.

Please note that these security measures are totally independent from our systems and that VMV Hypoallergenics never stores your private information, including your credit card numbers. How to shop online at www.vmvhypoallergenics.com:

  1. Go to http://www.vmvhypoallergenics.com. If you would like to enjoy the many benefits of registration,  click on the Register link at the top right of our homepage.
    Type in the necessary information. Please note that fields with asterisks (*) are required. When registration is complete, log in to our website then browse through our products. You can shop by:

Clicking on a product name brings you to a product detail page which includes images of the product as well as other important information like functions, indications, ingredients, and instructions for use. It also may include reviews from other customers who have bought the product and/or from the press who have featured it.
  3. If you'd like to order a product, click on the Add to Bag link. To add more products, click on the Continue Shopping link in your shopping bag and browse other product pages. You can share by emailing to a friend or clicking the Facebook link.
  4. Once you are ready to check out, click on the Check Out link.

Your order will be processed by our payment gateway partner, Authorize.net, unless you are using a gift card.

By using a secure payment gateway, we ensure that none of your sensitive information is ever stored in our systems. This gives your transaction yet another security step. Authorize.net currently accepts credit card payments.

Once you enter your payment information and it is successfully processed by Authorize.net, your checkout process continues—you will be prompted to enter a shipping address, shipping method and other necessary information.
