I am writing to share with other people my skin experience with the hope that maybe it can help others who are experiencing what I went through. I did not know that women undergo a lot of hormonal changes when pushing 40, enough to change their skin condition significantly. I used to have worry-free, normal skin and just used an ordinary foundation for many years. So when red spots appeared on my face, I thought it was an allergy. The red spots where like pimples but without the bumpiness. These ugly, red dots would disappear for a couple of days then come back and stay for a longer time. For the record, I went to 6 doctors, from allergologists to dermatologists. They diagnosed my red spots as urticaria, an allergy which was so vague it had no clear cure. I was a hotel PR executive and my skin condition and how I looked really affected my confidence when facing people. Doctors said my skin condition was the outcome of too much stress on the job and in my family life so I decided to take a leave of absence. Even while on leave and totally rested, the spots would appear again and again. I endured this condition for the next 2 years. In a casual conversation with a doctor friend, she told me that her elderly mother had similar skin conditions and sunblock seemed to work. This was when I got the idea to try sunblock for the problem. I went sunblock hunting and purchased my first Armada Face + Body Shield 60. I got other VMV products, too. My urticaria was significantly relieved in just a couple of weeks. The red, pimple-like spots stopped. Ever since, I have stopped going to the allergologist/dermatologist. "people are surprised when I tell them I’m 32. They think I’m still in my 20s!" Review by Magee

“I’m a proud user of Armada. Have been for more than 10 years. When I was in my early 20s I taught high school students. One of my student’s moms came by and I was surprised by her youthful skin, knowing that she already had a teenage daughter. I found out that she had been using Armada. I told myself I’d like to have the same skin as hers when I’m in my 40s. I’m happy to say, people are surprised when I tell them I’m 32. They think I’m still in my 20s! I love Armada and I’ll continue using it for more decades to come. Thanks!
