To Use
As needed, in the bath or shower, lather and massage onto hair, scalp + body. Rinse well. Safe for frequent use. Follow with Essence Volumizing Conditioner. For even gentler care, try Essence Clark Wash. For babies, try Grandma Minnie’s Coo & Clean.
NOTES: Before using any product, test a tiny amount of it on skin (we omit allergens, but you may be sensitive to an ingredient that is not an allergen). Introduce new products one at a time, with at least 3 days in between to make sure you are not allergic. Do not store in extreme temperatures, or in direct sunlight. Do not (re)introduce removed portions of product, water or other substances into product. As with all things ... Baby: consult your pediatrician; Maternity: consult your OB-GYN; Skin: consult your dermatologist.
IMPORTANT: For external use only on specified areas as directed. This product is meant to be washed off quickly, not left on the skin/body for longer than a few seconds while bathing. Excess use or prolonged exposure without rinsing immediately may cause irritation to skin and/or urinary tract.
Stop use and consult your doctor in the unlikely event of discomfort or sensitivity.
If contact with eyes occurs, flush out with plenty of water.
Keep out of reach of children. While safe for its intended use, ingesting large amounts of this product is potentially harmful. If this happens, get medical help right away.

After patch testing, I needed a fragrance-free shampoo so bought a few different ones. This one is fine, no complaints. However, it’s half the size and twice the price as the No Nothing brand of shampoo. It also took much longer to arrive. If they could make the price more competitive, I might consider buying it again, but for now, I’ll stick with No Nothing.

Many of our clients have patch tested positive to many ingredients that tend to be present in other fragrance-free shampoos — Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cocamidopropylamine Oxide, Cocamide MEA, and Phenoxyethanol, for example, which are also top contact allergens. It’s this omission of all top 109 published allergens (and also doing evidence-based clinical trials) that can make pricing more competitively difficult for us but we assure you we definitely aim to keep our prices as affordable as possible and provide specials and other options to help purchase essentials, especially for our most allergic clients.
