Refunds and Returns Policy

We hope you love everything you order from VMV HYPOALLERGENICS®. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your VMV purchase, simply return it and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase, replace the product, or exchange it for another product of equivalent value. Your return package's ship-out date must be no later than 30 days from the date you received your package.
As you prepare your return, we would love to help you as much as we can. You can give us a call at (212) 217 2762 or we can send you a questionnaire (there are about 20 questions) that we use to help us make more specific recommendations and send you free samples. Also, if you have your patch test results, we can customize suggestions based on your allergens and possible cross reactants. We can also call you if you prefer?

All our products' claims are clinically-proven through evidence-based: randomized, double-blind clinical trials both in vivo (on human volunteers) and in vitro. Many (over 75) of our studies have been published and presented (even awarded) in dermatology journals and conventions around the world. Our studies are so good, some of the largest multinational pharmaceutical and laser companies contract us to do their research for them. So you can rest assured that all our products have been tested appropriately and above what is considered standard in several regulatory bodies. We have less than 0.1% of reported reactions in over 30 years, and almost all of the reactions were due to incorrect use of the product, a cross reaction with another product, or an underlying irritation from other products that might have been chronic but not yet obvious. In these cases, a 7-Day Skin Fast normally (over 98% of the time) results in clarity and the client's ability to use the products without a reaction.
That said, we recognize that we are all individuals and would like to make sure we understand your particular needs so that we can help with more specific recommendations and care.

We will be sending you a pre-paid label via email that will allow you to return the product for free.
Used products cannot be returned:
Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on products that are more than 20% consumed (studies show that should a negative reaction occur with proper use and storage, it often manifests within 72 hours and well within the first 15% of a product's use).
When items are purchased as a kit, we can only accept returns and exchanges of complete kits, not individual items. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. No cash refunds.

Exchanges

When requesting an exchange, please email Customer Service within 72 hours of receiving your package to make arrangements.
Should you wish to exchange your product for products of lesser value, the remaining value will be available for use at another time as online store credit.
Should you wish to exchange your product for another product of greater value, we will only credit the value of your original purchase. You must pay the remainder in full for the exchange to be processed.
Store credit is not redeemable for cash, may not be exchanged, and is not refundable.
Processing and transit time for an exchange is usually 7-14 business days from the time your returned product is received.

Gifts


If you bought a VMV product as a gift for someone else, follow the instructions for Returns and Exchanges. You can return the gift yourself or ask the recipient to return it to us, following the procedure shown below. We cannot accept items for returns or exchanges if the above procedures have not been followed.
If the value of the product you request in exchange is less than that of your original product, you may be issued store credit which you can use towards your new purchase.
Refunds will only be granted to the purchasing customer.

Shipping


When returning items back to VMV, simply send your accomplished Return Form to Customer Service. Our online team will send you a separate email with a pre-paid return label that will allow you to return the product for free. Please follow the procedure in full below.
Please note: Only products purchased at www.vmvhypoallergenics.com may be returned for refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited back to you when we receive the package you have sent back to VMV.
When returning a purchase, please follow this procedure:

Step 1: Return Form
Fill up the Return and Exchange Form here and be sure to SAVE as you will need to attach this in your email to our Customer Service Team. Email our Customer Service team by clicking here. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request. We will also be sending a separate email that includes the pre-paid return label that will let you ship the product back for free.

Step 2: Pack the Item/s
After sending the email request, prepare your package. Pack the products well, in as good condition as possible, in original boxes when possible. Remember to include your packing slip (or Invoice Transaction number) that came with your shipment. Seal your package properly.

Step 3: Print the Return Label
Print the pre-paid return label that will be sent to you by our Customer Service Team and affix this on your package.

Step 4: Ship the Package
Lastly, bring your package to the ship center of the courier specified on the return label. Keep a copy for your records.
Your return package's ship-out date must be no later than 30 days from the date you received your package.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival.
An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

The pre-paid return label that we will send you specifies which carrier you should send your package through. For your protection and for ensuring prompt delivery, take note of your tracking number so that you can track your package.

Returns Outside The USA

When returning items back to VMV, send your package via an insured and prepaid method like FedEx or USPS.
Include your packing slip (or Invoice Transaction number) and the Return or Exchange Form that came with your shipment. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable.

We ask that you notify our Customer Service team when returning a product. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival.
An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
